MWCA Governance Oversight of the MWCA is performed by a twelve-member Board of Directors. Board members are elected by the general membership for 3-year terms; ideally, with one-third of the Board elected annually. Candidates for the Board can be either nominated or self-nominated and must complete a brief application for consideration by the membership. Each member of the Board holds a specific role which is described in the Executive Board Duties. |
